Paddling the Percival River

Registration is closed for this event
Paddling together past some of Island Nature Trusts Natural Areas along the Percival River.

Come join us for a special paddling trip along the Percival River. This pristine region is home to the largest unbroken tract of salt marsh in PEI! The Percival River is a critical habitat for migratory birds and shorebirds. Old growth Wabanaki (Maritime Acadian Forest) and the river supports rare undisturbed habitat. This is one trip you will not want to miss!

Please note: this trip will require you to bring your own paddling gear (boat, PFD, paddles, etc.). This includes transporting your boat. Please bring your water bottle, a snack, your head lamp, binoculars (optional) and clothing and shoes that can get wet.

An email with event details (launch location, etc) will be emailed to all registered participants prior to the event. Please stay tuned for trip details. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
